New appointments made to ZBC, BAZ and Transmedia boards

The Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services has made new appointments to the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation, the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe, and the Transmedia Boards.

In a statement by the Acting Secretary for Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Mr Jonathan Gandari, it was announced that on the ZBC board, Mr Tapson Zvetero has been appointed as the Acting Board Chair and Non-Executive Director, while Mr Martin Kweza has been appointed as a Non-Executive Board member.

At BAZ, Mr Valentine Maturu is the Board Chairman, while Mr Chaplin Chinyanga is a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Lawrence Nkala has been appointed as Board Chairman for Transmedia.
