NEW: Arubi’s Marumo Gallants suffer defeat in CAF Confederation semis

WASHINGTON Arubi’s team Marumo Gallants lost 0-2 to Young Africans in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semi-final clash at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Tanzania on Wednesday.

This is the first time the South African side, which is captained by the former Zimbabwe national team goalie, are playing in the semi-final of a major continental club tournament.

The return leg will be played in South Africa on May 17.
