NEW: Big Yaadz Music in anti-drug initiative

Online Reporter

BIG Yaadz Music owner, Devine Mbara, has embarked on a programme against drug abuse.

This comes amid indications of an increase in the number of youths resorting to drug abuse.

Mbara said Big Yaadz Music is releasing a free ‘riddim’, and will be recording across the country, a move aimed to provide opportunities in the music industry for emerging talent.

“I have come up with a programme against drug abuse. As a well-known studio, Big Yaadz Music, is recording a free riddim, which will include big artists and upcoming ones,” he said.

He said the project will be free recording for all artists in Zimbabwe, running between February 25 and March 5.

“We will have ghetto-to-ghetto awareness shows, where will spread the anti-drug message through music,” said Mbara.
