THE Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) are looking for war veteran Cde Blessed Geza, who is wanted on multiple charges, including undermining the authority of the President, incitement to commit violence and theft of three vehicles.

In a statement, police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi said anyone found harbouring or assisting Geza to evade arrest will face legal consequences.

“The Zimbabwe Republic Police is seeking information on the whereabouts of Blessed Geza Runesu, alias Bombshell, for questioning in connection with four criminal charges,” the statement reads.

According to the police, Cde Geza allegedly stole and disposed of three vehicles without the owner’s consent, thereby violating Section 113 of the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act (Chapter 9:23).

Additionally, he is facing two counts of undermining the authority of the President, under Section 33 (2)(a)(ii) of the same Act, as well as one count of incitement to commit public violence, under Section 187.

“The Zimbabwe Republic Police reiterates that anyone aiding or abetting the suspect in evading arrest will be equally liable,” reads the statement.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on Cde Geza’s whereabouts to come forward.
