CHIPINGE-BASED musician Clara Wenyasha has described featuring award-winning gospel artiste Dorcas Moyo on her latest single as a dream come true.

Wenyasha collaborated with Moyo on the duet Umambo Hwamwari.

She said the track has been well received.

“I am so happy that I finally managed to do a collaboration with Dorcas Moyo, and I thank God for that wonderful opportunity. Umambo Hwamwari is already making waves on radio stations where it is receiving generous airplay, and I am delighted with that,” she said.

Wenyasha, a teacher by profession, is planning to venture into music full time.

“Together with my band Soul Harvesters, we are keen to spread the gospel of God through music. We are planning to hold shows across the country,” she said.

Marketing and distributing her music is one of the challenges the band faces.

She has two albums to her name – Havakundikani and Wazviitirei?.
