Mashonaland East Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Mashonaland East Advocate Itayi Ndudzo has commended private organisations for their contributions and assistance in improving the learning environment for pupils across the province.
Adv Ndudzo was speaking during the commissioning of two blocks of classrooms, as well as a staff house at Tagarika Primary School in Seke District recently.
Non-profit organisation, Nhaka Foundation, built the classrooms and house, working in partnership with the Germany Embassy and the Manyame Rural District Council (RDC)
“This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to improve the learning environment and provide quality education for our children,” he said.
“I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Nhaka Foundation for its remarkable generosity and steadfast support in bringing this project to fruition.
“Your dedication to enhancing educational opportunities within our rural communities is truly commendable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the German Ambassador, Mr Udo Volz for recognising the transformative power of education and for providing the essential funding that has made this project successful.
“As we commission these new classroom blocks, we are reminded of the importance of our collective responsibility to ensure that our children receive the best possible education. Investing in education is investing in the future of our society.”
