NEW: Comedian MaVery Very branches into music

COMEDIAN MaVery Very (real name Wilson Masakadze), who is famed for rib-cracking comic skits, has followed in the footsteps of Kapfupi (Freddy Manjalima) by branching into music.

The Mutare-based comedian is currently working on his eight-track debut album, which will be titled “Zvirangaridzo.”

He has since formed a band called “The Extinguishers.”

Apart from comic skits, MaVery Very is also a polished master of ceremonies (MC) and also provides entertainment at social gatherings, such as weddings and church services.

With more than 400 skits to his credit, he commands a huge following on social media platforms.

MaVery Very’s latest comic skit, “Ukanyarara Unobvei?”, has been highly successful on social media.

The Bikita-born comedian spoke about the new skit.

“This skit encourages people to always speak out their mind. It does not help to keep quiet and suffer in silence,” he said.
