NEW: Cycling for wellness and the fight against drug abuse

MASHONALAND West Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Mirriam Chombo has hailed Nedbank Tour de Great Dyke as an important event to promote wellness and the fight against drug and substance abuse.

Cyclists will ride over 328km to Zvishavane, with stopovers in Kwekwe and Shurugwi (Unki Mine).

This year’s event is sponsored by YAFM, Exide, Cycling, Dyssey Lodge, Palawani Lodge, Anglo American, Schweppes, Nyaradzo Group, Cell Insurance, Dendairy, Traffic Safety Council and the Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company.
