NEW: Maintenance work to affect power supplies Friday

Some parts of Harare will be without electricity on Friday as ZESA will be carrying out maintenance work.

Areas that will be affected include Parktown, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th avenues, Parkway, Milford, Retreat and Mainway Meadows First gate.

In a statement on Thursday, the Zimbabwe Electricity Distribution Company (ZETDC) said:

“The ZETDC would like to advise its valued customers in Harare Region that there could be a power supply interruption on Friday 3, September 2021 from 8am to 6pm for the purpose of carrying out critical maintenance works.”
