NEW: Man kills brother over missing hen

A 24-year-old man fell into a Blair toilet pit and died after he was struck by his brother, following a dispute over a missing hen in Jotsholo, Matabeleland North, on Monday.
National police spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the incident.
“ZRP Jotsholo is investigating a case of murder which occurred on July 11, 2022 at Tshongogwe Village.
“The suspect, Mhlambululi Ndlovu (24) struck his brother Kelvin Ndlovu (40) with a wheelbarrow frame twice on the head after an argument over a hen,” he said.
The victim fell into a two-metre-deep toilet pit
He was taken to a local hospital where he died upon admission.
