AWARD-winning musician, Everton Mlalazi has released a new worship song titled “I Surrender’’ which features choral group, Worship Therapy.
The song garnered 27 000 YouTube views on its first day of release last Tuesday.
It is also doing well on several other social media platforms.
Mlalazi said the single is a proclamation of complete submission to God.
“I Surrender is a prayer and affirmation of our total surrender to Christ and his will in our lives,” he said.
‘’It is my prayer in all endeavours that Christ takes the wheel and lives through me.’’
Mlalazi said the single is inspired by the Holy Bible’s book of Galatians 2:20.
“Christ lives in us and executes his will through us, total surrender to him is what it takes,” he said.
