URBAN grooves artiste Ngonidzashe Kambarami, popularly known as Ngonie in music circles is expected to light up the resort town of Victoria Falls with a performance at Wild Thing Action Bar on Saturday evening.The soft spoken performer who has three albums, ‘Ndinoimba’, ‘Angu Mashoko’ and ‘Idenderedzwa’ to his name said he was looking forward to his debut gig in the resort town.
“I’ve always wanted to perform for my fans in that end of the country and I’m glad that an opportunity has since been presented to me,” Kambarami said.
The Zvaunondiita So hit-maker is expected to share the Wild Thing stage with Bulawayo-based veteran DJ Sunny, up-and-coming house sensation Khoikhoi, dancehall artist Bhadilla and DJ Nospa.
DJ Sunny, who last played in Victoria Falls eight years ago said he was equally excited to be playing in his hometown.
