MARK Ngwazi is over the moon.
This comes after being given an opportunity to perform at Bar Rouge’s Friday night slot dubbed Bosses’ Night or Kanight Kemaboss.
Tonight is the day that he will meet the capital’s well-to-do at the upmarket venue .
The pint-sized singer, who launched his latest album Nharo Nezvine Nharo in June at the same venue, said he was humbled by the invitation.
“I can’t ask for more because management at Bar Rouge has been there for me this year.
“We used to perform in dingy bars but I can say I have since graduated.
“I have seen the power of hard work and faith in God in whatever I am doing,” said Ngwazi.
He also said he was ready to meet the capital’s big shots at the same event.
“Creating synergies has always been my wish as an artist and I am glad that the Lord will help me to fulfil my dreams as an artist.
“I don’t want to squander this golden opportunity that I have as an artist,” he added.
Bar Rouge entertainment manager, Edith Chimanikire, confirmed Ngwazi’s show.
“He is definitely coming to perform at our joint and it has always been our wish to host him.
“We have given him the platform to shine and we hope he will utilise it,” she said.
