NINE people died of Covid-19 on Wednesday in Zimbabwe pushing the total number of deaths in the country so far to 150.
The Ministry of Health and Child Care reported that 265 new cases were also recorded on the same day.
“.. 254 are local cases and 11 are returnees from South Africa,” the Ministry said.
Of the nine deaths, six were recorded in Harare, one each from Mashonaland Central, West and Masvingo.
A total of 337 new recoveries were also reported.
Zimbabwe has recorded 5643 cases and 4442 recoveries.
