‘Ninja President’ to set Chi-town on fire

Winky D has this year held several shows, with a live band to further strengthen his act and that development has been met with a lot of enthusiasm.

Show organiser Tawanda Chingara said the gig was meant to connect dancehall artistes with their fans.
“The stage has been set and the gig will be memorable one. For all I know, everyone will be giving their best before the year comes to an end.
Chingara added that the show would also be a dedication to the ghetto youths, which have been rallying behind these artistes, in different ways.

During the show, organisers will give away free Hunters Gold ciders to the first 1 000 people who will pay their way in.
Winky D, whose profile has been in ascendancy in recent months as he has churned hit songs in succession, is set to consolidate his growing fan base in Chitown.

Still basking in the glory that comes with scooping two awards at this year’s Nama, Winky D will be conscious not to disappoint his legion of fans.
A cross-section of fans have fallen in love with Winky’s satirical urban contemporary-social reggae tunes that include chart toppers “Big Man”, “Takaipa Takaipa”, “Bhachi ne Jean”, “Green Like Mi Garden” and an array of other hits. Winky D, who has promised fireworks today, will without doubt play the hit “Ndinorangarira Ndiri KuNorton, a tribute to his mother.
