A WOMAN has told a Harare court that she has never had sex with her husband for FOUR MONTHS.
Estrey Mapako was dragged to the Harare Civil Court by her husband, Godfrey, who claimed she was a violent woman, who was even threatening to kill him.
However, she denied the claims.
“I am not violent, he is lying that I verbally abused him using obscene language.
“I just asked him why we have not had sex for four months.
“I asked him to sit down so that we could talk about our misunderstanding and he moved out and never returned,” said Estrey.
Godfrey accused Estrey of verbally abusing him.
“She insulted me and threatened to kill me. I returned home late from work some time ago and she told me that hondo inopedzwa nehondo.
“I left the house and went to Southley Park Police Station and they advised me to seek help from this court.
“I want her to be barred from approaching my workplace and our plot in Chegutu,” said Godfrey.
Magistrate Sharon Mashavira granted Godfrey the protection order.
