NOBLE Performing Arts, an organisation based in Nkulumane suburb of Bulawayo is empowering young artists through free training and innovative programmes in acting, modelling, dance, scriptwriting, poetry and art.
Noxolo Dube (25) a graduate of Hillside Teachers College founded the organisation with a passion for nurturing talent and making a positive impact on her community. As the director, she said she is dedicated to providing a platform for youths to express themselves creatively and address social issues affecting their community.
‘’I believe that every young person has a unique talent or skill that can be developed and used to make a positive difference in their community. Our goal is to help them discover and nurture that talent and provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed,” said Noxolo.
The ‘’Operation Earth Renewal ‘’ project is an example of the Noble Performing Arts’ commitment to empowering the youth through artistic expression.
It is a modelling competition aimed at raising awareness and management of the environment, also showcasing the Creativity of the youths. It is scheduled for 17 August 2024 at Nkulumane Hall at Sekusile Shopping Centre.
The organisation has already made a significant impact hosting a successful modelling competition and crowning Mr and Miss Noble 2024. Despite facing financial challenges the Noble Performing Arts remains committed to its mission and seeking partnerships and sponsors to support its initiatives.
‘’We are not letting financial constraints hold us back. We are moving forward with determination and creativity and we are excited to see the impact that our programmes have on the lives of the youth of Bulawayo. The future is bright and we are just getting started,” she said.
