NUTTY O BRACES FOR DEBUT AT JACARANDA MUSIC FESTIVAL

NUTTY O says he has prepared a high energy set as he makes his first appearance at the Stanbic Bank Jacaranda Music Festival, which gets underway today.

The chanter will perform tomorrow along side Feli Nandi, DJ Neptune, ShakuShante, Spunj, Agga Nyabinde, Scripts &Bars-BC, Expression by Daniel Deuschle, Jose Sax, Skyroot, Rax The DJ, and Cassper Nyovest.

The eighth edition of the festival will be held at the Thornpark Polo Club, just outside Harare.

Running under the theme ‘The Music, The People, The City,’ the festival will be held the whole weekend.

In an interview with H-Metro, Nutty O’s camp said they were ready for the festival which is expected to open fresh avenues for him as he will meet different artists.

“We feel great performing alongside other artists, for me, it’s a stage I am gracing for the first time so it is a good opportunity.

“My fans should expect nothing short of their expectations, people who come for my performances can testify I give all my heart to all my performances,” he said.

Feli Nandi’s camp said the band also wants to give a top-drawer performance.

“The preparations are going really well, we are ready for Saturday (tomorrow), people should come and experience yet another beautiful performance from Feli Nandi,” said Connie Mazani, Feli’s manager.

ACE FRVR, Reverb 7, MiCasa, The Travellers Band, Dlala Thukzin and Freeman HKD &HKD band will open the festival today.

On Sunday the festival will end with performances from Musa Keys, Backtrack Vocal, Nomfusi, Idoipe-Cuervo Lento, James Sakala, St Emmo, Mokoomba, man-of-the-moment Master H and Fel Le Tee.
