OH Legends remember how to win

OH Legends FC finally remembered how to win on Sunday to end their losing streak on the social football scene.

They mauled Double Black 10-2 at Old Hararians Sports Club, with Trymore Jombo stealing the show with a hat-trick.

Other goals were scored by Taurai Zindere, Emmanuel Bwakura and Malcolm Banisy.

OH FC organising secretary, Banisy, said the win marked a return to form.

“It was a difficult start to the year as we were losing games.

“The worst game was when we lost to Yard Café 4-6.

“We then recalled all our guys who missed previous games.

“Their presence was on display in our ruthless performance against Double Black.”

He added:

“We are happy to be winning again, and we hope to carry on from here.

“We are now looking forward to our coming fixtures and expect to build on our newly-found winning performances.

“We are also set to unveil new players who have experience of playing in the Premier League,” said Banisy.
