Dr Charles Henry Bannerman of the Diagnostic Heart Centre in Harare said Rebekah, clinically has respiratory distress with Harrison sulcus.
Dr Bannerman said: “Rebekah has Downs syndrome and is developing hypertension and needs early intervention.
“I would suggest intervention treatment in South Africa.”
Rebekah is supposed to go for a series of operations to correct her heart condition, which at the moment is at a critical stage and needs early intervention.
