Opposition politicians, a bunch of lunatics

THE world over, politics of opposition have always been premised on the urge and the potential to offer an alternative Government. Constructive opposition always keeps the ruling party on its feet, for the fear of being replaced by a competing alternative always hangs in the air. Any credible opposition in any part of the world, for that matter any opposition party worth its salt should be true to the national cause, yes, true to the particular nation’s founding values, in the case of Zimbabwe, its liberation struggle, where thousands of its sons and daughters were massacred by racist white Rhodesia, as they gallantly fought for the freedom Zimbabweans enjoy today.

Having elucidated on the above, there is something fundamentally wrong with the so-called opposition parties in Zimbabwe, principally the Western founded and funded Movement for Democratic Change-led by the controversy ridden, Mr Morgan Tsvangirai and the recently emerging alliance of the equally confused Professor Welshman Ncube and Mr Tendai Biti’s doomed MDC-Renewal formation. Why do I predict its collapse!

The key figures in the so-called United Movement for Democratic Change are a clueless duo that thrives on controversy.
Mr Biti is known for his mindless outburst, mostly name calling harangues and never any alternative propositions to that of the governing party.

Then, Prof Welshman Ncube, deeply tribal and corrupt, given his shady deals as Minister of Industry and Commerce in the inclusive Government, the issue of revitalisation of the Ziscosteel, it was Prof Ncube’s huge mouth and long hands which has made the issue a protracted wrangle for bringing back on rail the deal with the venture finally on the verge of being concluded

Mr Biti and Prof Ncube’s politics of merely name calling and tribal entrenched diatribes is all, but archaic. It is a ticking time bomb which will explode on their face, leaving them naked and condemned.

They are a joking bunch.
Imagine every other position is co-shared.

This a definite case exposing the kilometre deep mistrust among the said partners.
Nowhere on earth has such a unity pact has been made where all the influential position have been co-shared.

Imagine a country having two prime ministers or two presidents.
On can tell that Mr Biti and Prof Ncube distrust each other with mounting fears that donations from the usual Zimbabwe’s detractors have been looted.

The project which is doomed to fail has its usual funders, the West, who are also confounded by the scenario of co-sharing the Presidency yet some amongst them, the gullible and money devils in the doomed United Movement for Democratic Change desperately begged for funds to ensure such a political absurdity becomes a reality.
Surely, the nation’s living and late founders will eternally wonder what could have got into the heads of the power hungry political novices.

This is a political project headed to the political cemetery.
Does anyone still remember the disaster of an economic policy, attributed to the Movement for Democratic Change whose acronym is JUICE, for Jobs, Ultimate Investment, Capital and Environment?

Whoever advised them to draft such an anti-people and pro-West policy implanted an eternal curse on the MDC-T.
How it will extricate itself from such a horrible web, no one knows. JUICE is a madman’s output which emphasizes on constructing the already demolished colonial mentality of master-servant relationship.

The MDC-T is obsessed with the so-called white man’s prudence; it fails to understand that all humans have similar capacities.
How such a party with an astounding inferiority complex hopes to govern a country is just but perplexing. It is indeed a pipe-dream which would remain a phantom forever.

Add the JUICE pandemonium to the Prof Welshman Ncube’s meaningless ACTIONS so called economic policy (Access to Resource, Control, Transformation, Innovation, Organise Institutions, New Technology and Sustainability) economic propositions then disaster will be inevitability. The said economic proposition does not have a head or tail.

It is a hurried job devoid of any logical economic thinking. It is pure foolishness which the people of Zimbabwe do not deserve.
One has to look at Zanu-PF’s Zimbabwe’s Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation (Zim-Asset) to appreciate the gulf that existing between the revolutionary party and those Mickey Mouse entities masquerading as opposition political parties.

Even, the powers that be at the African Union borrowed the thrust of Zim-Asset, that of resource nationalism in its Agenda 2063, which advocates for indigenous to judiciously exploit their God-given natural resources.
The character defining the MDC-T, Mr Morgan Tsvangirai and the chaos ridden alliance United Movement for Democratic Change, Mr Tendai Biti and Prof Welshman Ncube are political amateurs devoid of any sound credentials.

These are opportunist who had clutched to the sanctions induced hardships which were perpetrated on the populace for their political salvation.
It is unfortunate that these three men wanted to ascend to leadership on the back of the people’s plight. Talk of idiocy, this is it.

Zimbabwe will thrive without these hindrances posed by these Western projects, thus the MDC-T and the doomed United Movement for Democratic Change. With Zanu-PF initiating economic opportunities for the populace, the regime change pundits are busy engineering difficult devilish schemes to haunt the populace.

Certainly, the Zimbabwe political opposition leaders are a bunch of lunatics, vampires who connive with the nation’s detractors to ostracise the populace through the institutions of sanctions, all in the vain hope of dislodging the revolutionary Zanu-PF Government.
