SINGER and television personality, Alexio “Goodchild” Gwenzi, has joined forces with songstress, Pah Chihera, in a love song, Usandirasise.
The two, who are close friends, will be dropping the visuals soon.
This song is a heartfelt ballad of appreciation and it is a unique blend of popular musical trends seamlessly woven with Zimbabwean and African traditional influences.
Goodchild and Pah are known for their trademark of composing love songs.
“Pah and I are very close friends, she is practically like a younger sister to me.
“Over the years, I have been a huge admirer of her work and I am happy to say the feeling is mutual.
“We both felt that collaborating would create something truly special for our fans.
“It’s also incredibly rewarding to work with professional artists and Pah is definitely one of the hardest-working and most talented out there,” said Goodchild.
He added:
“I was looking for someone who could bring real value to the project and Pah’s immense talent made her the perfect fit.”
The song is an appreciation from a man, to his wife, for loving him when he had nothing.
