IN a dramatic incident, a man was found having lowered his pair of trousers to the knees, allegedly indulging in sex self-pleasuring in his car.
The dramatic incident happened on Monday afternoon along Ninth Avenue, between Five Street and Jason Moyo Street in the Bulawayo Central Business District.
Nearby shop owners and vendors said the unidentified man arrived at the scene at around 4:30 pm.
“I was standing by the window and saw him parking his car. After that, he lowered the front windows and started to masturbate. I quickly alerted my colleagues and we rushed to his car. We caught him still masturbating and upon seeing us, he locked the doors and pulled up his trousers,” said a shop attendant.
As the crowd grew, he bolted out of the car.
“When we tried to open the passenger’s side door he bolted out of his car and fled,” said the source.
After a while, police officers arrived and took the car to the police station.
The shop attendant said the man had been doing his questionable routine for several years.
“We have been seeing him parking here for almost three years and we were afraid to confront him because what he has been doing is very weird and he was doing it in public. We were not sure whether he was a Satanist or he had lost his marbles,” he said.
