PAVCON Industries founder and chief executive Shelton Paza says he will remain humble, focused, and hungry for more success following his company’s huge milestone of being crowned ‘The Best Construction Company’ at the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Awards Ceremony.
Pavcon Industries was one of the biggest winners at this year’s Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Awards, which were held early this month.
Their award is a testament to the growth they have shown over the years.
Paza, who was crowned as the Outstanding CEO at the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network awards in 2022, said hard-work and honesty has been one of the key pillars in his business which has won the hearts of many.
“Hard-work, honesty and humbleness have been my key pillars in this business. Those pillars have helped me grow to be where I am today.
“Following our recent award from the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network, I want to challenge other business people to follow the same principles if they want to succeed and get the same recognition we are getting today.
“I thank the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network for this recognition and I promise that as a company, we will keep working hard and growing our brand,” he said.
Paza founded Pavcon in 2005.
The company specialises in the manufacturing of concrete products like interlocking pavers, compressed common bricks and precast security walls, among other products.
The Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Awards recognises and celebrates top companies, managerial excellence and administrative excellence in the country.
