All roads in Manicaland lead to The Platinum in Mutare where two musicians Jah Prayzah and Suluman Chimbetu will share stage tonight while in Zvishavane Shinsoman and Tocky Vibes are set to share stage at FC Platinum Club. It will be a great night for the people in Manicaland province as they rekindle their romance with the two musicians. The show will also see the venue resuming its operations after renovations and it will be a celebratory show for The Platinum owner Isau Mupfumi who won a parliamentary seat.

“All is set for the show and I am happy that people have understood that we were putting everything in order. We will be reopening and celebrating,” said Mupfumi. Suluman is expected to sample songs from his coming album while Jah Prayzah will obviously thrill fans with his “Jerusarema” tunes. In Zvishavane there will be an explosive dancehall gig that will see Tocky Vibes and Shinsoman sharing stage.

Organisers said they have done their groundwork in making sure they record a successful gig. “We have done our best to have a good show. People should come in their numbers to support the cause,” he said. Dancehall star Shinsoman is expected to drop his new album “Best of Both Words” that has more than 10 tracks. The musician said that was a privilege for the people in Zvishavane to get the new project first.

Fresh from Canada, Tocky Vibes through his manager Elvis Bokosha said they were geared up for the show. “Shinso is a good musician and we are hoping that people in Zvishavane will come in their numbers to support the show,” he said.
