POKELLO Nare, the country’s representative in Big Brother Africa:  The Chase bowed out of the race, in style as she finally acknowledged her feelings for Ghanaian representative Elikem. Pokello who became the 16th housemate to be evicted from Big Brother Africa on Sunday night, said her relationship with fellow housemate, Elikem was not feigned.
In an interview, with Sunday eviction show host IK, Pokello said she was really into Elikem and her feelings for him were real.
“I am really feeling Elikem, I am really feeling him,” she said.

Many people that have participated in Big Brother over the years were “using” each other to get to the prize. However they are happy-ever-after stories.

Will it be different between the two as Pokello said she will be waiting for Elikem to come out of the house so that they can take their relationship to another level.

“I will be waiting for him,” said Pokello.
The Harare socialite and entrepreneur who at the time of going into the BBA house was in a relationship with rapper, Stunner, seems to have fallen for the charms of her Ghanaian chum.

The two were inseparable though Pokello at first did not want to acknowledge her feelings for Elikem. She would spurn his advances saying she has a boyfriend outside, but at the same time she would fight him if he flirted with other ladies in the house. The biggest fight was when she discovered his alluring behaviour towards Malawi representative, Fatima.

Her feelings for the 24-year-old seems to have gotten the better of her, as she kissed him for the first time a fortnight ago after the Saturday night party.  She also gave him a peck on the lips on Sunday night before she left the house.

In one of her diary sessions with Big Brother last week she even admitted that “Elikem was more than a friend.”
Contacted for a comment, Pokello’s boyfriend Stunner, said he would only talk to the Press after he has spoken to her.
“I haven’t spoken to her. I will talk when I have spoken to her,” he said.

Pokello is three years older than Elikem and she has a 10 years-old son, a point that Elikem has dismissed, as a none issue with him.
Big Brother Africa has over the years seen some real couples developing in the House and eventually getting married.
Could Pokello and Elikem’s relationship destined for such?

Big Brother season four winner, Kevin and his Tanzanian babe Elizabeth met in the House and are happily married today.
Big Brother All Stars saw Namibia’s Meryl and Tanzania’s Mwisho taking vows live in the House before the whole of Africa. The couple’s relationship continued beyond the House.

In the same season, BBA All Stars winner Uti from Nigeria and Kenya’s Sheila had a special connection in the House, but didn’t want to jinx it so they waited until they were out of the game to announce that they were together.

It looks like evicted couples Koketso and LK4 are still going strong too after being booted out of The Chase.
Pokello is expected back home tomorrow from South Africa.
