THE long arm of the law has finally caught up with murder accused Pius Jamba following the brutal killing of his ex-girlfriend Moreblessing Ali who went missing on May 24 in Chitungwiza.
Her mutilated body was found at a well in Nyatsime over the weekend.
In a brief statement Thursday morning, police confirmed the arrest of Jamba and said more details will be released during the course of the day.
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police has arrested accused Pius Jamba this morning in connection with the callous murder of Moreblessing Ali.
“A detailed statement will be released during the course of the day,” wrote the police on their tweet handle.
