THE police are today hosting an awards ceremony for outstanding detectives from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) countrywide.
The event is being held at Blue Lamp Hall at Ross Camp in Bulawayo.
Detectives that are receiving awards have been drawn from across the country.
Present are senior police officers in the force, as well as members of the business community.
