After being in service for only six months, Pote Hill Lodge has stolen the limelight in the tourism sector and has since been recognised by scooping a prestigious award.
Pote Hill Lodge emerged tops in the hotels category at the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce annual awards held in Gweru early this month, barely some months after joining the Tourism and hospitality industry.
A latest addition into the Pote Holdings company chain of businesses, Pote Hill Lodge has 50 well furnished and fabulously decorated rooms.
There are five executive en-suites and 40 spacious and vastly furnished rooms. Each lodge is fitted with a plasma television set connected to Dstv and a wide range of channels.
There are fridges in every room and all guests booked have access to internet. The walls and floors are also decorated to provide a full taste of comfort for the guest.
The lodge also has a huge pool to provide fun and a cocktail bar corner to satisfy all the guests’ needs.
A well furnished 300-seater conference room and some adoring facilities to host big and host memorable weddings adds to the menu that can suit each and every guest at Pote Hill Lodge.
During weekends, the lodge slashes prices for food and other services so as to accommodate the needs for family outings.
The lodge has since been frequented by guests especially the Castle lager premier football clubs whenever there are soccer matches in the mining town.
