Power belongs to God

“GOD has spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongs unto God.” — Psalms 62:11.

All power resides in God, and through Him, we can experience the fullness of life.

God is not just powerful; He is the Almighty God.

His power is unmatched and unparalleled.

As Ephesians 3:20 reminds us, “He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that is at work within us.”

This is not merely a statement of His capability, but a promise of His willingness to act on our behalf.

When we acknowledge that all power belongs to Him, we recognise His sovereignty over every aspect of our lives. God’s power is the driving force that can transform our circumstances.

In a world filled with uncertainty and challenges, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

However, we are called to trust in God; He is capable of handling our problems, no matter how insurmountable they may seem.

When we place our faith in His power, we open ourselves to His divine intervention.

When we meditate on His Word and allow it to guide our actions, we align ourselves with His will.

This alignment is where we find strength and assurance. Acting on His Word is crucial.

The Bible is filled with promises that remind us of His power and faithfulness.

Believing in God’s power brings peace and assurance.

When we face trials, we can rest in the knowledge that “it shall be well with you”.

God’s power is not just for extraordinary moments; it is present in our daily lives. He is actively working in us, shaping us and preparing us for the plans He has laid out.

As we trust in Him, we can confidently declare that His power is at work in our lives.

We may not always see immediate results, but we can trust that He is moving behind the scenes, orchestrating everything for our good.

Power belongs to God; He is the source of our strength, our hope and our future. As we go forth this week, let us trust Him wholeheartedly and act on His Word.

Embrace His power in your life and watch as He does exceedingly, abundantly above all that you can ask for or think about.

May we live our lives with renewed faith in the Almighty God, knowing that with Him, all things are possible. Amen.
