On agriculture, Mnangagwa expressed optimism about a bumper harvest following favourable rains, commending farmers and stakeholders for surpassing planting targets.
He praised Dr Anxious Masuka, Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Development, for being named Best Minister at the World Governments Summit in Dubai.
The President reiterated Zanu PF’s focus on youth and women empowerment, noting recent Memoranda of Understanding signed with South Africa and Rwanda in the area of Youth Affairs.

He also addressed regional security concerns, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo, advocating for sustainable dialogue and conflict resolution mechanisms.
President Mnangagwa emphasised the importance of unity, peace, and development, urging party members to remain steadfast in their service to the nation.
