President Mnangagwa to hold key meeting with Ministers of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution

The 40-year-old man from Mkhubazi Line, whose name is withheld to protect the identity of his daughter (19), was convicted of two counts of rape by Bulawayo regional magistrate Lungile Ncube.

President Mnangagwa will today interface with Ministers of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution at State House in Harare.
