President Mnangagwa is today expected to commission the Zimbabwe Defence Forces Dzivarasekwa housing project.

Housing delivery is at the core of Government’s deliverables. The country is on course to meet a target of one million houses by 2025 in line with the Second Republic’s goal to ensure that every Zimbabwean has decent shelter.

The initiative seeks to ensure adequate housing for all in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and is an essential driver for achieving many of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Commander-in-Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces is also scheduled to hand over several vehicles for the uniformed forces.
