IT’S a loaded PSL weekend with drama both on and off the pitch. While six Castle Lager Premier Soccer League fixtures are set to thrill fans, seven key players will be watching from the sidelines after being slapped with suspensions.
Log leaders MWOS are ready to throw down against Bikita Minerals at Ngoni Stadium in a clash that could shake up the title race.
Over at Greenfuel Arena, the hosts are gearing up to tackle former champions Ngezi Platinum Stars, while Chicken Inn will lock horns with fellow strugglers Yadah Stars at Luveve Stadium.

Defending champs Simba Bhora face a stern test against Dynamos in a blockbuster showdown at Wadzanayi Stadium.
However, the eagerly awaited match between Manica Diamonds and FC Platinum has been shelved. The postponement comes in the wake of Pure Platinum Play’s mourning following the tragic death of star midfielder Brian Banda. Banda (29) was laid to rest on Thursday after a fatal crash along the Zvishavane-Bulawayo Road last Sunday.

Meanwhile, seven players are out of action due to suspension and will miss Week 19 fixtures. The banned stars are Abel Gwatidzo (Dynamos), Itai Mabunu (Chicken Inn), Talent Chamboko (Ngezi Platinum Stars), Isheunesu Mauchi and William Thole (Simba Bhora), as well as Sonny Kevin Mewali and Lawrence Masibeva (Manica Diamonds).
Today’s Fixtures:
• GreenFuel vs Ngezi Platinum Stars (Greenfuel Arena)
• MWOS vs Bikita Minerals (Ngoni Stadium)
• Chicken Inn vs Yadah Stars (Luveve Stadium)
• Simba Bhora vs Dynamos (Wadzanayi Stadium)
• Dynamos vs Herentals College (Rufaro Stadium)
• Manica Diamonds vs FC Platinum (Postponed)
Sunday:
• Triangle United vs TelOne (Gibbo Stadium)
• Scottland vs CAPS United (Rufaro Stadium)
• Kwekwe United vs Highlanders (Bata Stadium)
The battle for glory begins, minus the suspended seven.
