Pull-out method devotees

NOWADAYS most women have become so particular with their body shapes and weights.

Some have discovered that since they started using contraceptives, they lost it as their bodies began to balloon. This has resulted in some women deciding to go for pull-it-out method.

They feel safe this way as men always complain that women, once they are married, just become fat and shapeless. Unfortunately these men forget that no woman becomes shapeless out of choice. The truth is that every woman wants to look sexy!

With the pullout method you rely on your man to be in control. That means there should be an agreement before you start considering it as your contraceptive method. Of course it’s a debatable issue to consider it as a contraception method or not. Anyway, the benefits of the pulling out method is that it’s free and available at all times. No excuses for not preparing and forgetting to buy. This way, you and your partner have nothing to spend money on and nothing to put in place before having intercourse. Anyone can use it, at any place and at any time. Although you might need some practice to get it right, it’s always there when you need it. It’s also a great option if you forgot to buy a condom or left your regular birth control pills at home.

The reason it is gaining more popularity these days is because of having no side effects. No untimely bleeding, gaining weight or losing and gaining weight. It is every woman’ s dream to have a stress-free life especially not anything associated with contraceptives.

Unfortunately there are few men who can manage the pull out method because that’s where there is joy. It requires practice. Men have trouble pulling out when they’re experiencing the most pleasurable feelings. Without experience, you get caught up in the moment. Men especially, if they are younger or inexperienced, lack self-control and fail to pull out at the height of sexual pleasure. For perfect execution, your partner must pull out before ejaculation and has to make sure both the ejaculate (cum) and pre-ejaculate (pre-cum) are away from the vagina and vulva. That requires a lot of self-control and self-awareness on your partner’s part.

The other thing to remember is to know your partners’ status. There is no use in preventing pregnancy but wake up with a sexually transmitted infection. Many STDs like herpes or genital warts can be spread via skin-to-skin contact. Moreover, other STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea can be carried in precum. Make sure to always know his status.

Knowing the STI status of your partner is crucial when barrier methods are not used. This requires some advance knowledge about your partner, so pulling out is less ideal with someone you have just met. If you are worried that either you or your partner may have an STI, getting tested can resolve that uncertainty.

Another thing to consider is pre-ejaculate. Pre-ejaculate is a small amount of fluid released during sexual arousal and before ejaculation.  One study shows that over one-third of pre-ejaculate contains sperm. The number of sperm in pre-ejaculate is relatively low compared to the sperm count in ejaculate, so the withdrawal method should actually be seen as an exercise of conscious risk taking for both pregnancy and STIs.

Sperm-holders need to be self-controlled and self-aware for the withdrawal method to work effectively, so it’s important to know your partners possess these qualities. It is also helpful if you share a common set of values in case an unplanned pregnancy occurs.

Withdrawal is often preferred over condoms because they are believed to cause discomfort and decrease pleasure and intimacy. Talking to your partner about your concerns may help in these situations.

Withdrawal can be effective when used with another form of contraception, such as the pill or a condom. Using two contraceptive methods provides “dual protection”.

Of course on the other hand you will find some sex educators who dismiss pulling out as outdated and irresponsible — not so much a contraceptive method as a foolish afterthought. However, it has been tried and tested making it clear that only responsible adults can go for it and they can testify that it’s a good option and working for them. So it is unfair to judge those who use it as irresponsible and downright negligent. Instead get tips how they manage it because these women stay in shape and sexy.

Surprisingly, research indicates that pulling out is about as effective as condoms at preventing pregnancies — though of course, not sexually transmitted infections. The perfect-use failure rate for condoms is around three percent; for withdrawal, it’s four percent. One investigation found that 18 percent of couples who use withdrawal for a year will get pregnant, compared to 17 percent among couples who use condoms. From this it then means it is not a bad idea at all!

Share your experiences of the pull out method.
