TOP musician, Qounfuzed, has been added to the list of acts billed to perform at the Zim Link Up show in Birmingham at the Forum this Sunday and Monday.
Now in its seventh edition, the event will feature ExQ and Nutty O, who are making a return.
Those who are making a debut at the event are Freeman, Takura and Killer while Qounfuzed is expected to add the icing to the cake.
Event organiser, Kivo Santana, said all the artists will be backed by live bands.
“The day we have been waiting for is finally here and we are glad to say our preparations are well on course our artists have all arrived and we are now waiting for the big day.
“We are very excited about this show and so many people are also excited.
“We have added one more artist, Qounfuzed, to the event, it’s going to be a show to remember,” he said.
Santana told H-Metro that they were determined to give Zimbabwean artists exposure at the annual event.
“The Zim Link Up brand has grown from just a small club event to a full-blown concert brand, which will propel not only the artists but Zimbabwean music to the world stage.
“This year we’ve taken the event to a world-class venue, Forum, in Birmingham.
“This is the same venue where we hosted Davido, Uncle Waffles and Dj Maphorisa in 2022.
“All the artists will be supported by a live band, we can confirm the following bands are joining us – HKD Band, Hot Property Band and Shabach The Band.”
