IS Tawanda Maswanhise now the best performing Zimbabwe international footballer in Europe?
It’s a tricky question because some of his Warriors teammates play in tougher leagues in France and Italy.
But, Maswanhise is illuminating the scene at his Scottish side Motherwell who hit the 30-point mark at the weekend after a 2-0 win over Aberdeen.
Maswanhise was on target in that match as he took his tally to five goals in the Scottish top-flight league at his new club.
He is the leading scorer at Motherwell and joined his Aussie teammate Apostolos Stamatelopoulos on five goals.
It has been a dream start for Maswanhise who joined Motherwell in August last year and has already attracted interest from the Scottish big boys – Celtic and Rangers.
The Warriors forward has also provided three assists.
