Government has lifted the suspension on the Diploma in (Primary) Education offered by the Zimbabwe Open University.
The diploma was suspended in 2011 after the Public Service Commission (now the Civil Service Commission) refused to recognise the qualification as valid for employment.
The diploma also did not meet the requirements of the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE).
