This was also highlighted by Securico corporate director Mr Agrippa Mangoma, who said:

Ms Ndhlukula said the company has always carried out a rigorous training regimen to ensure that every person who joins the organisation is properly inducted and skilled to perform at the high standards that the company has set.

In respect of the awards, CCAZ used an open research method which encompassed public polls, customers as well as expert opinion.
