Yala Nation Studios, under the directorship of Seh Claz, has announced an anti-drugs awareness campaign set to run from March 9-12.
The campaign will be in the form of a tournament hosted by Mbare Unity Social Soccer Zone at Madhigira grounds.
The awareness will be supported by the Fresh Kampuchea knockout football and netball tournament games.
Their campaign follows an increase in drug abuse in the country. Yala Nation Studios has promised to continue empowering young people in a bid to eradicate drug abuse.
The event will be graced by Seh Calaz, Etherton Bennie, General PG, DJ Cables and Tipsy. Seh Calaz said that the initiative is a way of occupying youth to refrain from drug use. Prizes would be presented to the top three football and netball teams.
The winner in the football tourney will receive US$1 500, the runners-up US$500 and third spot will take home US$100.
Prizes for the netball are US$400, US$100 and US$20 respectively.
