SEX, DEATH & DISAPPEARANCE: Mberengwa hunt for duo after woman found dead!

Midlands Bureau

What started as a night of passion ended in a cold-blooded killing and now police are on a manhunt for two fugitives believed to be behind the brutal murder of a young woman in Mberengwa.

Viola Hove (20), suspected to be a commercial sex worker, was found dead in an abandoned house with horrific injuries — just hours after being last seen with Manyaya Muvhecha and Shepherd Mhundoga, now on the run.

According to Midlands Provincial police spokesperson Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko, Hove had spent the night with the pair and another woman. But things took a dark turn when the men allegedly accused her of stealing their cash.

“She was last seen alive walking to the police station with the two men, but never made it back,” said Insp Mahoko.

What followed was a chilling discovery: Viola’s lifeless body dumped, battered and broken, in a derelict building. The suspects vanished without a trace.

Now, the cops are pulling out all stops in tracking down Muvhecha and Mhundoga, urging the public to come forward with any information.

Who killed Viola Hove? Where are the suspects hiding? The small mining town of Mberengwa wants answers and justice.

If you know something, say something. Don’t let another life be lost in silence.
