Tinashe, who uses her first name as her stage name, was born in America and is a singer-songwriter, actress, dancer and former model.
Her entry in the music career was when she was one of the five members of a girl band named “The Stunners”.
Her stay with the group was short-lived because she left the group to begin her solo career.
