A Mbalabala-based soldier was arrested on accusations that he forcibly had anal sex with a colleague.
It is reported that the man whose name is being withheld for ethical reasons reported his workmate Mkhululi Nkomo (ABOVE) for sodomy.
The victim claimed that Nkomo exploited the opportunity because he had passed out after a heavy night of drinking, therefore, Nkomo took the victim to his house in Bulawayoa��s Nketa 9 suburb.
At around 4am when the victim woke up he discovered that he was completely naked with some fluids like semen behind his back.
He reportedly suspected that it was Nkomo who had tampered with him.
The matter was reported at Tshabalala Police Station and confirmed by Bulawayo police spokesperson Inspector Precious Simango.
While lodging the complaint, he claimed that he woke up when he felt some pains on his behind and he was surprised to find himself stark naked with Nkomo who was also completely nude behind him.
However, the case did not go to court after the alleged sodomy charges were later dropped against the accused.
According to police sources the victim dropped the charges against his colleague after it emerged that it had caught the attention of their bosses and other workmates.
