IN a bizarre case, a Harare court heard that a man is in the habit of placing used condoms in plates.
Ronald Murozvi pleaded with the Harare Civil Court to be granted the right to evict his son, Adrian Sando, from his house.
The magistrate granted a protection order.
“I want him evicted from my house because he is very disrespectful. Adrian brought a lady to my house and he did not introduce her to me, rather they disturb me with their noise every day.
“He is in a habit of placing his used condoms in plates and some of the condoms you can find in the sitting room. I want my peace as the owner of the house.”
Adrian did not deny the allegations raised against him.
He asked for forgiveness and promised to change his behaviour and be a better son.
“I am pleading with you, my father, if you evict me l will be homeless. l promise l will change for good.”
