Mbizvo accepted the gift in front of hundreds of residents who thronged Hatfield Hall.
Cde Mbizvo said the donation will be distributed to the vulnerable regardless of political affiliation.
Republic of Korea representative Mr Cho Jae Heung said the donation would go a long way in strengthening relations between Zimbabwe and South Korea.
“We work with the vulnerable and marginalised groups in society to create better life for them and alleviate poverty,” he said.
“We vow to continue working with the government in making sure that the hungry get food and the vulnerable get a better life and children get education.”
The director of Fatima Zahra College, Mrs Hajar Makwinja, commended the party for distributing the goods to the needy.
“We are very happy today after receiving these good. This will benefit the under privileged and it means a lot to them,” she said.
Another elderly woman who received a pair of shoes and foodstuffs said Zanu-PF is the people’s party.
Ms Violet Tumbare said: “I want to thank Zanu-PF because it has the people at heart,” she said.
The party’s Harare South district has disowned the draft constitution saying it did not represent people’s contributions and views, said Cde Mbizvo.
“We will only accept the draft after people’s contributions are included,” said Cde Mbizvo.
He added that Zanu-PF has started restructuring party structures in Hatfield ahead of the elections later this year.
“Elections should be conducted because we are tired of the inclusive government which has failed to yield results, it has no direction,” he said.
“Finance Minister (Tendai Biti) fails to support indigenisation and farming because he represents a party that strives on the suffering of the people.”
