“One of the aims of adopting the RBM is to realise efficient utilisation of resources and to also ensure the projects which are started are not abandoned midway before their fruition.

“It is through framework that the organisa­tion can come up with realistic and achiev­able plans which is crucial given the fact that the resources at our disposal are likely to be limited for the foreseeable future.

“Planning is a stepping stone to achieving organisational goals, objectives and aspira­tions,” said Chidhakwa.
