A 23-YEAR-OLD Great Zimbabwe University psychology student has started an innovative company called Dynamic Thought Leadership.

Bezil Manyangadze, a second-year student at the campus, said the company seeks to unite experts, and various students from different backgrounds of expertise, to solve various political, social and economic problems.

“We want to create solutions to societal problems through building innovative products, to teach entrepreneurship to the youth so that they can learn how to survive outside employment.

“The company is also aimed at creating a think-tank where brilliant ideas can come from as well,” he said.

Rufaro Gavi, the spokesperson for the organisation, said:

“As leadership, we came up with a strategy to make sure we achieve our mission by unifying brilliant students, from various fields of expertise, and we also engaged in-depth research and created novelty points of views (NPOVs).”

“We believe in what we call disruptive education and innovation.”

Vice-president, Michael Mugadza, said:

“Through this, we are initiating a way in which youths have to learn about creating, inventing and starting new things rather than being taught on how to maintain what is already there.”

Meanwhile, the Dynamic Thought Leadership have gone into partnership with Social Democrats Association (SODA), a youth movement aimed at lobbying for the inclusion of youths in boards throughout the country.

The Dynamic Thought Leadership was formed on February, 29 2020.

It has 18 executives and 83 members at the Great Zimbabwe University and other campuses across the country.

Gabriel Mumera, Hwellet Muguta, Ntombi Ndlovu and Rufaro Gavi are part of the leadership.
