SUNDAY Organisers FC beat Unit Village 5-2 in a social football match at Bulawayo Chiefs Village on Saturday.

Sunday Organisers are based in Harare.

They are made up of different executive committee members, from social football teams, which organise games for their team.

Malcom Banisy, the Old Hararian Legends FC secretary for fixtures, explained how the team was formed. “We decided to come together as organisers of fixtures from different teams that play games on Saturdays and Sundays.

“In the first days, we would play against Saturday organisers only, but with time we started to play against other teams.

“It has been a good journey for us. “The character of the team can be revealed in their determination to travel all the way to Bulawayo and come back with a win,” he said.
