WINKY D won the hearts of Chinhoyi revellers when he staged a sold out gig at Jongwe Corner on Sunday.

Trevor Dongo and Nyasha David provided cover at the show.

The chanter exuded confidence as he belted out sing-along tracks during his family show.

It was a perfect performance.

It was also his maiden show at the joint.

However, he has previously performed in the Mashonaland West capital.

Winky D is maturing with age.

Some fans came from Kadoma, Raffingora and Harare to watch the Ninja president live on stage.

Jongwe Corner general manager, Moreblessed Chingindi, hailed the fans for the successful show.

“It was a great and electrifying night of joy and happiness.

“Many thanks to the fans for maintaining peace and order,” said Chingindi.

He said, as management, they will keep on bringing the best artists to the province.

Jah Prayzah, Alick Macheso, Selmor Mtukudzi, Freeman, Nox and Seh Calaz are some of the artists who have performed at the same venue.
