Sunningdale artistes album out

featured artistes Dashez, real name Michael Kahari, said the album was a success.
“The album carries different artistes and different genres. It caters for music lovers in genres like hip-hop, jazz, dancehall and gospel. We thought of doing this as a way of promoting unity among the artistes from the Sunningdale family because we all need each other to achieve our dreams,” he said.

Seasoned artistes like Nembo Bwoy, Trevor Dongo, Russo, Trinity, Taurai Mandebvu’s voices are unmistakable as they join forces in collaborations to spice up the album.
It is unfortunate to note that in all the songs they feature, they seem to have the upper hand and one would be forgiven for thinking they own the songs. Kahari was hopeful that the youngsters will get better with time.

“This is our first project and a learning curve for all of us. Even though the response from the people has been overwhelming, we are taking note of all the criticism,” he said.
On the follow-up album, Kahari said plans were underway to involve female artistes since Sunningdale had a lot of talented women. “In the near future, people can expect to see videos from “Supanova Volume 1” because as we speak most of the artistes involved are working on their videos,” he said.
